Danish and Austrian football draw

The match of two losers from the first day of the Tipsport Malta Cup brought football rich in chances, but for a long time it seemed to end with a thin win of Aalborg, which he led from the 21st minute thanks to the agile Fossum. He was the one to start the goal, but he stayed with a single goal, which eventually made his team stand out.

In the 75th minute, the Tyroleans tied the score thanks to Wallner, and ten minutes later they even took the lead from a penalty kick when Vrioni hit. It already seemed that the Austrian club had turned the match around, but the tough Northerners were still not a worse team on the field and they deserved to equalize. With 88 minutes played, Hogh nearly put the visitors another one up as he broke through in the middle and fired from just outside the box, but his shot passed just over the bar. The Austrian and Danish clubs thus divided by point, and both must be satisfied with that in the running table of the tournament. If Olomouc or Trnava wins in the evening, and one of them has six points, Tyrol and Aalborg will lose the chance to win the tournament before the last matches on Monday.
